For patients that would prefer in person visits:

    • My office is in historic Alameda neighborhood of San Jose, CA (aka the Shasta-Hanchett Park neighboorhood).  Located at 1625 The Alameda. There is easy Freeway access from both 880 and 280 and Highway 87.
    • There is convenient and ample free parking behind the building and handicapped access ramps both in the front and back of the building.
